Roughly 50% of customers are in a contract with their current water supplier. If you have already switched provider within the last 12 months you it’s more than likely that you will be under contract.

If you are under contract and have not provided your existing supplier with notice they may prevent us from transferring your account, we will inform you if this happens.

Whilst it is possible to buy yourself out of your existing contract in order to get a better price, we advise that you check the agreement with your current supplier as in some cases early termination fees may be quite high
