With this acquisition, our customers will gain access to Castle Water’s award-winning customer service and a range of advanced customer support tools.
Castle Water currently serves over 350,000 business customers across Scotland and England. The company’s fair, transparent, and customer-focused approach is reflected in its position as the most reviewed UK water retailer on Trustpilot, with more 5-star reviews than all other UK water retailers combined.
What does this mean for Brightwater customers?
- No action required: Customers will experience a smooth, uninterrupted transition.
- Seamless billing and service: Billing and account management will transfer to Castle Water from 1st February 2025.
- Access to self-service tools: Customers will be able to manage their accounts, payments, and meter readings online through Castle Water’s modern customer portal.
- Continuity of service: Brightwater’s commitment to high-quality customer service will be continued and enhanced by Castle Water’s extensive experience and support network.
